Phelps protested at Snyder’s son’s funeral
Although the son was a grunt, not a general.
This case of law and tort
Is before the Supreme Court.
The actions of Phelps and his church were detestable.
Also, these actions were mean-spirited, reprehensible,
Sinister, oppressive, deplorable and repugnant,
Demonstrating bad taste and poor judgement.
Unfortunately, Snyder’s claim must be rejected.
Phelps’ actions are constitutionally protected.
